Safe for your health

  • Thanks to clean and sanitized environments, we use medical products to clean all surfaces.
  • The laundry service that we use, in addition to sanitizing towels and sheets, removes any microbiological trace from them.
  • Available for guests sanitizing gel dispensers and cleaning products on request.
  • All our staff are trained to behave correctly.
  • Our Ristò Bar by the lake offers wide open spaces where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner or just have a drink. The “take away” service is also active.
  • The large private beach with lifeguard consists of a lawn area and one with sand and pebbles, equipped with numbered sunbeds and umbrellas, available by reservation in order to guarantee privacy and security. The water is suitable for swimming.

  • Because you can cancel your reservation without costs before your arrival, and if you have to cancel a few days before your arrival, you can reuse the deposit paid for another stay with us.
  • Rooms and apartments with kitchen, complete with private terrace and independent summer dining area, to guarantee your autonomy.
  • Each apartment has an independent entrance, there are no corridors to walk or elevators, therefore maximum privacy is guaranteed, and also the distances required in this particular period.
  • Easy check in and check out: you can choose the traditional method, or if you prefer we can do everything online: from sending documents before arrival, to payment; you will receive all the information to arrive here in complete autonomy, and you will no longer need to go to the reception. Park the car in your reserved place (you will receive the number before your arrival), find your apartment in a few steps and ... start your holiday!

  • Our Ristò Bar Hemingway by the lake is open all day, but if you prefer it also offers take away service
  • Our beach is waiting for you, the umbrellas and sunbeds will be more spaced, we only ask you to book your sun bed
  • The activity of nautical rentals with motorboats without a license, offers excursions in total autonomy on the lake, also available canoes, pedal boats and stand up paddles. Our staff will welcome you in a reserved area to give instructions for the rental
  • And if you prefer excursions on foot, scenic trails start behind Casa and Vela; in the surroundings you can discover Nordic Walking routes, to regenerate in contact with nature
  • Our vegetable garden at km. 0 and the Minimarket of Oggebbio, they will be able to deliver vegetables and groceries directly to the apartment, upon reservation.
