The amount of the gift voucher worth € 99 will be used as payment for the services that will be used by the beneficiary; and in the event of a total expense over 99 euros, the beneficiary will pay the difference directly to Casa and Vela. The gift voucher is prepaid at the time of purchase; it cannot be exchanged for cash and replaced in case of loss; the gift certificate is non-refundable.

The amount of the gift voucher includes the services indicated in the relevant description; if you choose additional services in addition to those included in the voucher, the beneficiary will pay their cost directly on site.

The use of the gift voucher does not give the right to refund of money in cash.

It is necessary to book in advance to use the voucher and the dates are subject to availability.

The cancellation of a reservation could render the gift voucher null and void if it is communicated after the date defined by the cancellation policy of the structure.

The date change for the use of the gift voucher is possible, subject to availability and if requested within the terms communicated in the confirmation phase.

The gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The terms and conditions are subject to change.
