FAQ
Yes, the reserved car park is inside the Residence’s property and free of charge.
We will notify you of your parking space number before your arrival or at the moment of check in.
Yes, free and unlimited, in the rooms and apartments, on the beach and at the restaurant on the lake.
Check in in the afternoon from 2 pm to 7 pm and check out in the morning by 10.30 am.
If you have different needs, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. You can arrive early in the morning, park your car and use the beach or the Ristò Bar, as soon as your apartment is ready we will contact you.
Self Check in is also possible, which facilitates arrival at the Residence, via WhatsApp you can send us your documents and you will receive our welcome message with all the necessary information.
Our Ristò Bar Hemingway on the beach is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from April to September; in another period at 1 km from our structure there are two restaurants and pizzeria that we recommend.
From mid-June our Risto Bar Hemingway will also offer room service by reservation and take away.
We also have agreements with nearby restaurants/pizzerias that offer delivery and take-away service.
We are facing the lake, to access the beach and the Risto Bar Hemingway you have to cross the road that runs along the lake, in total 20 meters, 2 minutes by foot.
Our beach is free for guests who book by phone, by email info@casaevela.it or on our website www.casaevela.com, sun beds and umbrellas are available for you. The lake water at our beach is suitable for swimming, you can enter by foot, there is an area suitable for children and a lifeguard.
The beach area is very large, it is divided into a sandy area, a lawn area and a private area by reservation.
We recommend that you book your place on the beach.
Yes, ask us for information, we have ideal apartments for those traveling with a dogs.
A part of the sand air on the beach is dedicated to them, where you have access to the lake, while it is not possible to enter the lawn area.
Yes, in our village of Oggebbio (500 meters from the reception) there are Minimarket, Pharmacy, Tobacco Bar, Hairdresser, Playground, Post Office.
In front of our Residence there is the Bus Stop for Verbania or towards Cannobio.
3 km away, in the neighboring village, Bank with ATM.
Some products can also be found at the Minitaly Shop of the Residence, with WhatsApp order it will be delivered to the apartment.
For small shopping we recommend the Bottega di Oggebbio which offers a shopping delivery service for our guests.
Linen for two people is included on arrival.
This year we can provide you with sheets and towels upon your arrival upon reservation, our external laundry is certified.
If you prefer you can bring your own linen.
Our staff takes care of cleaning at the end of the stay, we use sanitizing products certified by our suppliers.
