FAQ
Yes, our reception is open all day and we speak German, English and French. We will be happy to provide you with all the useful information for your holiday. Outside office hours, you can always contact us via WhatsApp.
Yes, free and unlimited, in the rooms and apartments, on the beach and at the restaurant on the lake.
Check in in the afternoon from 2 pm to 7 pm and check out in the morning by 10.30 am.
If you have different needs, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. You can arrive early in the morning, park your car and use the beach or the Ristò Bar, as soon as your apartment is ready we will contact you.
Self Check in is also possible, which facilitates arrival at the Residence, via WhatsApp you can send us your documents and you will receive our welcome message with all the necessary information.
Some types of apartments have air conditioning and a dishwasher. When requesting an offer, please let us know your preference.
Bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen linen are provided upon arrival. For longer stays, a mid-stay towel change and light cleaning service are included.
We are always at your disposal – please feel free to contact reception for any request.
Beach towel: if you would like to find it in your apartment upon arrival, please request it in advance.
The apartments do not have a washing machine; however, in Verbania you will find several self-service laundromats.
Our staff takes care of the final cleaning at the end of your stay. We use certified sanitizing products supplied by our trusted providers.
For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning service is included. We remain at your disposal — please feel free to contact reception for any request.
We kindly ask you to leave the kitchenette tidy at the end of your stay.
Regarding waste disposal, to help us respect the environment, we kindly ask you to separate paper, plastic and glass for recycling. The waste bins are located next to the parking stairs at the back of the Residence.

A part of the sand area on the beach is dedicated to them, where you have access to the lake, while it is not possible to enter the lawn area.
From April to September, an international breakfast is available by reservation and served at our bar on the lakeside terrace (from 8:30 am to 11:00 am). During the winter months, you can request a breakfast tray in your apartment before your arrival.
Yes, we can organize birthday parties, ceremonies and anniversaries in brunch style or as a beach aperitif for small groups. Please contact us for more information.
We do not have a half-board rate, but from April to September you can choose to have lunch or dinner à la carte at our bistro on the lakeside terrace. If you would like a breakfast + dinner package, send us an email and we will be happy to provide a copy of the menu.
Yes, of course. We offer special discounts for long stays and early bookings, which we will propose at the time of your request — just ask us for more details.
For guests who book directly, we offer VIP packages including a reserved beach spot, parking, late check-out (subject to availability), access to the beach for the entire last day of your stay, and free luggage storage.

Our Ristò Bar Hemingway on the beach is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from April to September; in another period at 1 km from our structure there are two restaurants and pizzeria that we recommend.
From mid-June our Risto Bar Hemingway will also offer room service by reservation and take away.
We also have agreements with nearby restaurants/pizzerias that offer delivery and take-away service.
Yes, upon request at the Reception.
Yes, in our village of Oggebbio (500 meters from the reception) you will find a minimarket, pharmacy, church, café and tobacco shop, hairdresser, playground and post office.
For fresh products, there is a small grocery store within walking distance. The nearest traditional supermarket is located in Cannero Riviera, about 5 km away.
Larger supermarkets such as Lidl, Carrefour, etc. are located in Verbania (Intra area), about 10 minutes by car (also open on Sundays until 8:00 pm).
At the Minitaly Shop inside the Residence you will find pasta, sauces, olives, spices, olive oil, rice, water and wine, jams and honey. If you would like to find something ready upon your arrival, please let us know in advance, also via WhatsApp.
At 3 km, in the nearby village, there is a bank with ATM service.
Yes, right in front of our Residence there is a bus stop for Verbania or Cannobio. Tickets can be purchased at the reception.
Yes, some apartments have a covered outdoor space to store it, or you can park it on our bike rack.
We are facing the lake, to access the beach and the Risto Bar Hemingway you have to cross the road that runs along the lake, in total 20 meters, 2 minutes by foot.
Our beach is free for guests who book by phone, by email info@casaevela.it or on our website www.casaevela.com, sun beds and umbrellas are available for you. The lake water at our beach is suitable for swimming, you can enter by foot, there is an area suitable for children and a lifeguard.
The beach area is very large, it is divided into a sandy area, a lawn area and a private area by reservation.
We recommend that you book your place on the beach.
Yes, of course, we have our own boat rental business. You can rent a motorboat directly from our dock without a license; ask for a discount for Casa e Vela guests.
Yes, we rent mooring buoys for guests who bring their own boat. We are partnered with a local shipyard for boat launching and trailer parking. Contact us to get the sticker that allows navigation on Lake Maggiore a few weeks before your arrival.
Yes, fishing is allowed on Lake Maggiore with a tourist fishing license. Contact us before your arrival so we can forward the request in time.
